Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, and operate basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate and communicate with all team members to efficiently complete work.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Assist operators by supplying materials, holding materials and tools, and cleaning work areas.
• Lift and dump raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or with forklift.
• Build and fill boxes or packaging as instructed with product.
• Load and unload items from trucks, machines, or conveyors.
• Mark or tag labels and identification on products.
• Measure weights to ensure specifications are met.
• Observe equipment for malfunctions and notify operators.
• Seal, pack, and store materials in cold room and prepare products for processing.
