About the Role:

Join BOSTON BUSINESS PRINTING INC as a Graphic Designer/Print Technician. In this role, you will bring high-quality print production for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

Prepare print-ready files and ensure color accuracy and quality control throughout the printing process.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends and software.

Operate and maintain printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the print process.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in print production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Experience with digital printing technologies is a plus.

We will train on Konica digital machine.

Primary focus is printing orders on the Konica digital machines.
