Caterpillar Hadady, LLC is seeking a Pressure Check & Repair Specialist I to identify and repair issues with machined and welded parts, ensuring product quality across a variety of engines. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year welding/straightening experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Training on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to the hired shift; relocation and visa sponsorship are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year welding and straightening operations experience.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Blueprint reading experience; teamwork; cross-training; communications; detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and diagnose malfunctions in post-build products.
• Perform necessary adjustments and repairs, including welding repairs.
• Execute straightening operations to ensure product conformity.
• Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members on assignments that require more than one person.
