Qualifications

• Ability to read digital timers and clear/reset timers.
• Ability to operate charging machines and monitor for correct operation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly; work at heights and in high-temp/humidity environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate charging machines and monitor operation.
• Record start/finish times and number of folds.
• Load and unload ingredients and stock ingredients.
• Operate forklift to retrieve and stock ingredients.
• Clean general areas and maintain equipment.
• Follow all food safety policies and SOPs.
• Assist with heat cooking, mixing, filtering, and sedimentation steps.
