Responsibilities

• Oversee final processing of product prior to delivery to customers.
• Operate and monitor packaging lines and related equipment.
• Transport ingredients and finished goods as required on site.
• Record sanitation data and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Assist in machinery changeovers for different product sizes.
• Follow safety procedures and report food safety concerns.
