Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment for operation and assist with changeovers.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting pieces and recording data.
• Assist in training others on procedures and best practices.
• Operate and adjust the press brake; communicate issues to supervision.
• Support maintenance tasks and report needed changes.
• Follow preventative maintenance policies and report repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and reassignments as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
