Crusoe is seeking a Press Brake Operator to bend, shape, cut, and manipulate sheet metal for tooling and components. This full-time role requires safe operation of press brake controls, reading product plans, and following production schedules.

The position emphasizes setup/adjustment, material management, and routine maintenance, with a night shift from Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM. Candidates should be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and effectively operate press brake controls and follow product plans.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans and instructions.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Must be detail oriented and a team player.

Responsabilités

• Operate a press brake to manufacture tools and components from sheet metal or metal plates.
• Set up and adjust the press brake per product plans and production schedules.
• Manage materials and ensure sufficient raw materials are available.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet standards.
