You will read blueprints, inspect parts for accuracy, perform routine maintenance, document production data, and work with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines. Must lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safety standards. This role offers a stable day shift with comprehensive company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, or straighten metal workpieces.
• Read blueprints and work orders to determine machine settings and material requirements.
• Adjust backstops, ram depth, and pressure for precise bending.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press brake equipment.
• Record production data and machine settings.
