Senneca Holdings is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our Grove City, OH manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to precise specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, or straighten metal workpieces.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machine settings and material requirements.
• Adjust backstops, ram depth, and pressure for precision bending and forming.
• Perform quality checks on completed workpieces, measuring dimensions and angles to ensure specifications.
• Maintain routine maintenance on press brake machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make adjustments as necessary.
