Qualifications

• Experience operating press brake machinery is required.
• Familiarity with Cincinnati or Amada press brake equipment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, blueprints, and print requirements.
• Mount and set up fixtures for production jobs.
• Inspect completed parts for customer and quality requirements.
• Meet or exceed departmental performance expectations.
• Identify production concerns and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety PPE requirements.
