FabriFast in Hartford, WI is seeking a Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machines, bending sheet metal to precise specifications. The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and ensuring quality through measurement and inspection.

The position offers a four-day work week (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with Fridays off and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job packets.
• Capability to use measuring tools accurately (calipers, gauges, tape).
• Good communication and teamwork skills for a production environment.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines.
• Bend, shape, and form sheet metal to specifications.
• Read blueprints and work orders for production tasks.
• Select and install proper tooling for bends.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety standards and document jobs accordingly.
• Package and prepare finished parts; assist with additional duties.
