Responsibilities

• Monitor operations and adjust for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and replace worn parts.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Document setup, run times, and quantities produced.
