Qualifications

• Must be able to read CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating press brake equipment in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of tolerances, bend deductions and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to produce precision metal components.
• Read CAD drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform precision bends while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Select and install punches, dies, and tooling for each run.
• Use tonnage charts to set up equipment for materials and thicknesses.
• Measure and inspect finished parts with calipers, tape measures, and protractors.
• Verify dimensions, bend angles, radii, and deductions for accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and routine machine adjustments.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.
