Job summary

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will know how to read blueprints and will have previous experience operating press brake equipment or working with CNC equipment.
• We will train the right candidate.
• Sheet metal forming and fabrication background strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate the press brake machine with safety devices and guards.
• Minimize pinch points to maximize safety.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards; inspect parts and verify dimensions.
• Report accidents, maintain productivity, and participate in training.
• Provide feedback and work with supervision to implement improvements.
