Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and may be required to qualify for U.S. Government clearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (minimum of 10 hours).
• Able to lift, carry, and handle up to 40 pounds unaided.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Cut prepreg composite materials according to defined work orders and specifications.
• Set up and load composite material rolls onto the cutting table.
• Operate cutting machinery, including loading pre-programmed cutting routines.
• Transport large material rolls from walk-in freezers to the cutting area.
• Assemble and kit cut materials in sealed Mylar bags per work order requirements.
• Store completed kits in designated freezer locations.
• Read, understand, and complete Work Order Travelers accurately.
• Create and manage work orders as required.
• Use manual methods, hand tools, and equipment to produce products in accordance with planning and work instructions.
• Maintain general knowledge of material types and their proper use.
