Job summary

CTL Aerospace, a NADCAP-certified composite-manufacturing company, is seeking a Kit Cutter Technician in Cincinnati, OH. You will read manufacturing plans, set up and operate a Gerber material cutter, and ensure accurate material handling and documentation.

The role requires HS/GED, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work on the shop floor for an 8-hour shift, including lifting up to 75 lbs. An excellent benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork on the shop floor.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and plan reading.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand manufacturing plans.
• Set up, adjust and operate a Gerber material cutter.
• Use standard measuring tools to verify quality.
• Assemble cut materials into kits and prepare for storage.
• Document all required information and identify kits for storage.
