The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift 10-40 lbs, and work overtime when needed. This is a hands-on manufacturing position on the 3rd shift with opportunities to contribute to manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hands for precise assembly.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and advanced product assembly according to established specifications, work orders, and instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately pre-assemble products and components.
• Assemble various types of stators and rotors based on production requirements.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or substandard conditions to the line lead or supervisor.
• Use precision measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials used during the assembly process.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed to move materials safely.
• Follow all PPE, ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 6S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
