Qualifications
- Previous powder coating experience required.
- Experience in a sheet metal or metal fabrication environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sheet metal parts for powder coating.
- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to coating.
- Operate and monitor powder coating equipment.
- Apply powder coating according to established specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, thickness, and quality.
- Load and unload parts from coating line or conveyor system.
- Identify defects and adjust coating as needed.
- Maintain equipment settings and safety procedures.
- Document quality checks as required.
- Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
