Job summary

Power Lift & Co. is seeking a Paint Technician to prepare, paint, and finish weightlifting equipment to meet quality standards. You will apply coatings evenly, inspect finished parts for defects, and maintain a clean and safe paint area.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and attention to detail to ensure on-time production. Responsibilities include operating spray booths, handling coating materials safely, and collaborating with the production team to move parts

Responsibilities

• Applies powder coat or other finishes per specifications and quality standards.
• Inspects painted parts for coverage, color, finish quality, runs, scratches or defects.
• Handles and stores paint and coating materials safely per procedures.
• Operates paint equipment, sprayers, booths, hooks, racks and related tools safely.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe paint area and equipment.
• Follows safety procedures including PPE and ventilation requirements.
• Collaborates with production team to keep parts moving through painting process.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
