Job summary

Power Lift Acquisition Inc. is seeking a paint technician to prepare, coat, and finish weightlifting equipment parts in a fast-paced production area. You will inspect finishes and ensure defects are minimized, while safely handling coatings and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires mechanical and technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines while following all safety procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

  • Experience with powder coating or painting processes.
  • Ability to inspect finished parts for defects.
  • Safe handling of paint and coating materials.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Apply powder coat or other finishes according to company specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect painted parts for proper coverage, color, finish quality, runs, scratches, or other defects.
  • Handle and store paint and coating materials safely and according to company procedures.
  • Use paint equipment, sprayers, booths, hooks, racks, and related tools properly and safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint area, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and ventilation requirements.
  • Work with production team members to keep parts moving through the paint process efficiently.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY: Prepares, paints, and finishes weightlifting equipment and related parts to meet Power Lift quality standards. Responsibilities include applying coatings evenly, inspecting finished parts for defects, and maintaining a clean and safe paint area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
