Job summary

United Alloy in Union, Ohio (Dayton area) is hiring an experienced Powder Coat Painter for a full-time, on-site role. No travel; home every night.

You will paint 100% of assigned hours and ensure proper application techniques while maintaining equipment and meeting customer standards. Ideal candidates have exposure to metal fabrication and powder coating, keen attention to detail, blueprint reading ability, and the dexterity to operate cranes and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with powder coating processes or exposure to metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Paint 100% of assigned hours for the length of employment.
• Execute proper powder coat application techniques.
• Regulate paint gun settings as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Perform PM on paint line equipment.
• Paint efficiently to meet aesthetic and customer requirements.
• Use equipment to verify paint thickness.
