Job summary

Vast is recruiting a Post Processing Technician in Long Beach, CA to support precision cleaning and chemical processing for space station hardware. The role reports to the Supervisor, Clean Line and requires hands-on work in pre-clean and cleanroom environments.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, and based at our Long Beach site, with duties including sample collection, chemical handling, and maintaining traceability. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in Precision Clean Line.
• 2+ years of experience Performing Cleanness Verification Process.
• 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample collection and manage solvents and chemicals.
• Maintain lot number traceability and serialization of parts.
• Maintain lab inventory and cleanliness in cleanroom environments.
• Operate equipment and ensure safety of hardware and personnel.
• Document processes and monitor lab parameters according to EH&S.
