Unknown Client is seeking a polisher/deburring specialist to support critical manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes precision finishing and adherence to quality standards.

You will operate hand buffers and polishers, perform deburring, and complete operations including radii, surfaces, and edge breaks. Experience with tight tolerances and complex shapes is essential.

Applicants should have 3+ years in finishing and a good grasp of GD&T; inspection of close tolerances is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in polishing/deburring.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Experience inspecting close tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts.
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.
