Sterling St James Inc. is seeking a polisher/deburring operator to join our manufacturing team in the United States.

The candidate will perform hand-finishing, deburring, and polishing to achieve high-detail surfaces and meet tolerance requirements. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in polishing/deburring and a solid understanding of GD&T, with the ability to inspect parts for close tolerances and quality.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of GD&T principles and tolerance analysis.
• Experience inspecting close tolerances and quality characteristics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve high detail and finish.
• Deburr and finish parts as required, ensuring radii and surfaces meet specs.
• Complete sizing, radii, surface finishing, and edge deburring per process plans.
• Work on parts with close tolerances and complex shapes.

Our Client is Seeking a polisher/deburring Position with our key Manufacturing Client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 3 Years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ yrs experience in Hand finishing/polishing/deburring
• Must understanding of GD&T
• Must have skilled with inspection of close tolerance.
