Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group in Huntington Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Production Worker to assist with surface preparation of critical plumbing components. You will wipe, brush, polish, and follow precise procedures to ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires standing 8+ hours per shift, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines. Overtime may be required to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, polishing, manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar hands-on environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their proper handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface imperfections.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Physically clean and prepare plumbing components through wiping, brushing, and polishing.
• Ensure products are properly cleaned and meet established quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
• Handle cleaning products and materials safely and according to established procedures.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures.
• Complete required production records and document daily activities.
• Inspect products for cleanliness, surface imperfections, or other issues.
• Report quality concerns or production issues to the Team Leader or Shift Leader.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Work overtime as needed.
