Job summary

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Plumbing Return Repair Specialist to handle follow-up plumbing repairs, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and valves, with a focus on safety and customer service. You will diagnose issues, communicate clearly with customers, document work, and ensure high workmanship standards while working in customers’ homes.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of residential plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid plumbing

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing licenses or certifications required.
• At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to customers’ homes on time with initial work plan.
• Explain plumbing systems, maintenance tips and damage prevention.
• Suggest optional follow-on services to benefit customers.
• Perform follow-up repairs including fixtures, pipes, valves or water heaters.
• Find and repair leaks or blockages in residential systems.
• Safely use plumbing tools and equipment.
• Assess service needs using plumbing knowledge and experience.
• Prioritize safety for personnel and site.
• Document work in detail on work orders.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
