Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid plumbing licenses or certifications.
• At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to customers’ homes on time with understanding of work.
• Communicate clearly with customers about plumbing systems and maintenance.
• Offer options for additional services that may benefit the customer.
• Perform follow-up repairs including replacement/installation of fixtures, pipes, valves, or water heaters.
• Accurately locate and repair leaks or blockages in residential systems.
• Safely use plumbing tools and equipment including cutters, wrenches, soldering equipment, augers, cameras, and leak detectors.
• Determine service requirements using technical skills and experience.
• Complete tasks with safety as a priority and document work on orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
