The role includes monitoring plating quality with precise instruments, ensuring deadlines, following safety policies, and supporting cross training as needed. A meticulous approach and ability to follow SOPs are essential.

Qualificações

• Reads work orders and blueprints to confirm specifications.
• Sets up parts for electroplating according to order requirements.
• Maintains logs and charts of processes and results.

Responsabilidades

• Receives work orders into the bar code system.
• Reads and reviews work orders/blueprints for required specifications.
• Assembles parts and prepares for electroplating.
• Electroplates parts with nickel bond and abrasive grits.
• Checks parts continuously during plating process.
• Disassembles parts and performs quality assurance inspections with precision instruments.
• Maintains accurate records and logs of processes, materials and results.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Follows all safety procedures and wears required PPE.
