Job summary

You will plate and clean components, prepare chemical baths, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to read instructions.

Experience with micrometers and microscopes is a plus, and U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using micrometers and microscopes.
• Experience using basic computer applications.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizens, permanent residents, refugees, asylees).

Responsibilities

• Plate and clean components per process specifications, including degreasing and header, cover, and diode cleaning lines.
• Prepare acid and alkaline solutions and maintain rinse waters daily.
• Monitor and maintain process bath levels while adhering to safety procedures.
• Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks, including maintaining logs for temperature, filter, and chemical usage.
• Report issues to the process control lab and supervisor.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications.
• Use micrometers, microscopes, and computers for measurements and documentation.
• Perform equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean.
