Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to verify packaging accuracy, label integrity, and overall product quality on a 24/7 production line in Macedonia, OH. You will use Toshiba injection molding equipment, operate conveyors, and perform rework as needed to meet customer specifications.

The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, and maintain a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting written instructions and policies.
• Adherence to procedures and quality checks.
• Ability to meet productivity targets with proper use of equipment.
• Experience with injection molding and identifying non-conforming product.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Package finished goods to shipping instructions.
• Apply quality procedures at each step.
• Operate machines and manage conveyors.
• Perform secondary operations and rework when needed.
• Inspect parts for defects; verify labels and counts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Report throughput issues to Supervisors and Team Leads.
• Sign the Training Log to document competency.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
