Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Production Assembly Specialist focused on quality and packaging in Michigan. You will complete assemblies from start to finish using BOMs and work instructions, and run WIP inspections to ensure each unit meets specifications.

You will set up and operate production machinery, perform equipment checks, and report issues promptly. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow precise instructions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches).
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as a forklift.
• 1 year of related assembly experience preferred.
• Basic data entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Complete assemblies from start to finish using BOMs, work instructions, job travelers, and verbal direction.
• Run WIP inspections and confirm each unit meets specifications before moving forward.
• Set up and operate production machinery; perform equipment inspections and verification checks.
• Package finished customer orders for shipment with care and accuracy.
• Follow all written and oral instructions precisely and keep your area orderly.
• Jump in on other duties as assigned to support the team.
