Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Willingness to complete hands-on training for trimming, inspection, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Trim molded plastic components to meet specifications.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Inspect finished components for defects and report issues.
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support production goals and safety practices.
