Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, routers, control plans, and related documentation to determine methods and finish requirements.
• Deburr and trim plastic components using hand tools and precision cutting instruments.
• Remove excess material and ensure dimensional integrity while maintaining quality.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and cosmetic appearance per standards.
• Fit and assemble components and attach hardware using clamps, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Follow documented quality procedures and complete production and inspection records accurately.
• Use calipers, rulers, gauges, and templates to verify specifications.
• Identify nonconforming materials and notify supervision or Quality personnel of defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow PPE requirements.
