Job summary

Advanced Process Solutions LLC is seeking hands-on individuals for a fabrication role in precision manufacturing. You will set up and operate plastic welding equipment, fabricate cabinets, and use CNC routing for component prep. Real-time updates and strict quality checks ensure on-time delivery.

Training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not required. Expect a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow alongside senior fabricators and lead roles as APS expands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in fabrication or welding preferred but not required; APS provides on‑the‑job training.
• Able to read basic engineering drawings and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion welders, hot air welders, butt fusion welders, and orbital welding systems.
• Fabricate plastic cabinets and assemblies in PFA, PTFE, PVDF, PP, and HDPE to spec.
• Operate CNC routing machinery for precision plastic sheet cutting and component prep.
• Provide real-time production updates to the Fabrication Manager to track throughput and delivery.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection to meet structural and cleanliness standards.
• Fill any role on the production floor and support material handling through final testing and shipping.
• Follow work orders and material flow to meet delivery deadlines.
