Opti Staffing in Tigard, OR is hiring a Fabricator III for a growing manufacturing partner. You will fabricate and assemble complex components, read blueprints, and perform plastic welding and finishing to customer specs.

The role requires 3+ years of fabrication experience, strong blueprint reading, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6am to 2:30pm), a collaborative team environment, and opportunities for growth within a quality-focused

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble complex components per specs.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Perform plastic welding, bonding, cutting, routing and finishing.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and advise solutions.
• Use precision measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely.
• Mentor less experienced fabricators.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Support prototype builds and custom projects.

OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! Location: Tigard, OR Pay: $25-$36/hr. DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 6am to 2:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble complex components to customer and engineering specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Perform plastic welding, bonding, cutting, routing, and finishing operations
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend solutions
• Utilize precision measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with prototype builds and custom projects
• Mentor and support less experienced fabricators
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Need to Have:

• 3+ years of fabrication experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred:

• Experience with PVC, CPVC, HDPE, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PTFE, PEEK, or similar materials
• Experience with socket fusion and butt welding
• ISO manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Experience with prototype and custom fabrication work
