Job summary

Piezo Technologies seeks an Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble piezo transducer sub-assemblies and units under defined instructions, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing route cards, handling very small components with tweezers, mixing epoxies, bonding parts, soldering wires, recording test data, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• ITAR requires U.S. person status or protected individual.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies per instructions.
• Review route cards or schematics to confirm operations sequence.
• Position very small parts with tweezers or fixtures.
• Mix epoxies per formulas and bond parts using heaters or ovens.
• Solder wires to base parts and perform in-process testing.
• Record test data and maintain paperwork throughout assembly.
