Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and other items from multi-level storage for customer orders. Uses electric pallet jack/forklift, wraps and labels pallets, and ensures timely shipment while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires stepping into a fast-paced environment, standing/walking for shifts, lifting up to 60-100 lbs, and operating in dry, cool, or freezer areas. Overtime and post-offer background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, production-like settings with accuracy expectations.
• Strong attention to detail to identify variances, lot codes, location numbers.
• Proven reliability, teamwork and punctuality in shift work.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and ensure a safe work area.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Move pallets to racks, locate products per order sheets.
• Place stock items on pallets from slots and racks, as directed.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; wrap as needed.
• Complete vehicle checks, switch batteries, and finish paperwork.
