Job summary

E-CONTRACT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations in the Pioneer West Region. You will pick items, scan barcodes, label packages and prepare shipments for dispatch in a fast-paced distribution centre.

The successful candidate will maintain high accuracy, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with the team to meet daily targets. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth within a stable logistics company and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong accuracy in picking, scanning and labeling tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently while meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to orders and lists.
• Scan barcodes and product codes with handheld devices to verify items.
• Apply correct labels with barcodes, tracking numbers and destinations.
• Pack items into boxes with appropriate materials for protection.
• Sort and organize packed items for dispatch per delivery schedules.
• Maintain records of items picked, packed and labeled each shift.
• Perform quality checks to identify damage or discrepancies before dispatch.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets and fulfill orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (trolleys, hand trucks, packing stations).
