Job summary

Way Delivery Services is seeking a reliable Pick Packer in Lancaster, PA. You will select items from inventory, verify codes, and pack shipments securely for courier pickup. Maintain clean storage areas, label packages, and support drivers and dispatch to ensure on-time orders.

This full-time on-site role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehousing experience is preferred but not required; a high school diploma is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in picking, packing, labeling and verifying orders.
• Basic warehouse operations, safe handling of materials, pallet jacks, safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, forms and shipping docs.
• Good physical stamina to stand, lift and move packages, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork, reliability and punctuality.
• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Warehousing or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select items from inventory according to order tickets.
• Verify product codes and quantities.
• Pack shipments securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Label packages and prepare for courier pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and staging areas.
• Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
