Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company in Mountville, PA is seeking a Part-Time Pick and Pack Associate to accurately pick, verify, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining order accuracy and a safe work area.

The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with a wage of $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include following written and verbal instructions, using order-processing systems, and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use order-processing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, order-picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a four-hour shift; frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements; and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and established procedures.
• Verify item numbers, product descriptions, and quantities for accuracy.
• Pack and label products securely to help prevent damage during shipment.
• Stage completed orders in the appropriate area for shipment.
• Operate a computer and related warehouse order-processing equipment.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products and maintain a clean, safe work area.
