Job summary

ProCompounding Pharmacy in Johnson City, TN seeks a dependable Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to join our fast-paced fulfillment area. This role is hands-on with prescriptions as they move through the workflow, focusing on accuracy, labeling, packaging, and documentation to ensure every order is right and on time.

No customer phone work; you’ll learn the workflow, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized workspace while supporting pharmacists and the production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn procedures and follow established workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process, label, package, and prepare compounded prescriptions for fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Verify that work is complete and accurate before moving to the next step.
• Communicate priorities or problems with pharmacists and supervisors.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inspection-ready work area.
• Help the team meet daily fulfillment goals while upholding quality and compliance.
