Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Denver seeks an Inner Layer Wet Process Operator to manage wet chemistry, resist development, and cupric etching on PCB panels. The role requires monitoring process parameters and maintaining solution levels across rinse sumps, while upholding safety and waste treatment standards.

You will follow MPP procedures, set conveyor speeds, test etch breaks, and help ensure high-quality panels through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to process controls.

Responsibilities

• Check pH to ensure it remains within established limits.
• Run break test to determine conveyor speed for developing.
• Check developing solution for proper concentration as specified by MPP.
• Monitor and maintain proper solution levels on rinse sumps.
• Verify solution temperatures and etchant temperatures.
• Inspect panels for defects and process first article panels.
