ACDi in Frederick, MD is seeking a Solder Specialist to perform a wide range of skilled electronic and electro-mechanical assembly with a focus on soldering thru-hole components onto PCBs according to IPC-7711/7721 and IPC-A-610 E class 2 & class 3 requirements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years soldering experience and 2+ years assembly experience. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k), and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years soldering experience required.
• 2+ years assembly experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assemble and solder thru-hole components onto PCBs per IPC specifications.
• Inspect, solder and rework thru-hole components on PCBs.
• Wire and place connectors (solder and crimp).
• Meet IPC-A-610 E class 2 & class 3 requirements.
• Perform go/no-go testing with basic test equipment.
• Log shop moves and review work instructions in ERP.
• Other duties including inspections of products and mechanical assemblies.
