Job summary

Job description

Qualification Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of soldering and PCB assembly experience preferred. Candidates should be able to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and familiarity with ESD practices, magnification tools, and rework techniques are important. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 workmanship standards is preferred, along with previous experience in high-reliability, aerospace, or defense PCBA manufacturing environments.

General Work Conditions: This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, frequently use hands, fingers, and small tools, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Good visual acuity is essential for performing detailed assembly and inspection work under magnification. The role is performed in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to solder fumes, chemicals, and small electronic components. Employees must follow all workplace safety procedures, maintain ESD compliance, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals or performing tasks that require additional protection.
