Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional soldering experience in manufacturing, prototyping, or repair environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Precision Soldering: primary soldering technician for SMT and through-hole components to build/rework PCBAs.
• PCBA Troubleshooting: diagnose and repair non-functioning boards, locate shorts, verify continuity.
• Inventory Management: track and organize electronic components and lab supplies.
• Quality Control: inspect assembled boards to meet soldering standards before final testing.
