Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an operator to support production of PCBs at our Forest Grove, Oregon facility. The role emphasizes adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines while working in a team environment.

You'll read blueprints and engineering notes, operate CNC machinery, and perform basic arithmetic as part of daily tasks. Eligible for our advancement program and comprehensive benefits, including PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of circuit board terminology and processes.
• Experience with CNC machinery and measuring/inspection tools.
• Strong English reading and writing skills to understand documents.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and quality metrics.
• Read blueprints and engineering notes for correct fabrication.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines throughout shifts.
