Qualifications

• Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
• Experience with CNC machinery and measurement tools.
• Strong ability to read and follow English instructions including blueprints and shop control documents.
• Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and English instruction documents to produce precisely designed products.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.
• Work closely with others in a team environment and demonstrate a customer-focused culture.
• Follow dispatch needs and adapt to schedule changes for hot orders.
