Job summary

You will assemble PCBs, electronic assemblies, and subassemblies per engineering drawings, BOMs, and IPC standards, ensuring high quality and adherence to specs. The role emphasizes precise hand soldering (through-hole and SMT), visual inspection, documentation, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics assembly preferred.
• Soldering to IPC standards required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Must work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs and subassemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and SMT.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and conformance.
• Verify placement and orientation of components.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Support process improvements and safety policies.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
