Job summary

Sage Oil Vac is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse operations. The role emphasizes precise parts pulling, inventory control, and coordination with production and shipping teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, cycle counts, and maintaining clean, safe storage areas while adhering to 5S principles.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in assembly or manufacturing are a plus.
Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required; ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, specifications; proficiency with hand and power tools.
Strong focus on accuracy and quality in the assembly process.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

Pull parts accurately from inventory based on work orders or pick lists; verify part numbers, quantities, and specs.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming inventory; conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies.
Collaborate with production and shipping to fulfill parts requirements and ensure timely shipments.
Maintain records of inventory movements, parts pulled, and order fulfillments; generate reports as needed.
Inspect pulled parts for quality before releasing for production or shipment; report any issues.
