Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders from inventory using pick tickets, manifests, or handheld scanners.
• Verify product counts, descriptions, and quality before staging for loading.
• Safely operate material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Organize and stage pulled orders in designated loading areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
